ah second helpings today then lemons at the ready :D :D

Pancake Day is also known as Shrove Tuesday or Mardi Gras which is celebrated every last day before Lent. During this period pancakes are traditionally eaten, originally to use up milk and eggs that would otherwise spoil because of not being eaten during Lent. This day is marked by feasting and celebration. :o :o
