Yet again the BBC never fail to amaze us with their bias....
Last week they had the defeated UKIP candidate from Eastleigh Diane James on as one of the guests.
During the program there was an outburst by an audience member who called her and UKIP 'Disgusting' I saw the show via the i player the following day and thought her reaction a little OTT.
A definite plant and the BBC should be ashamed of themselves... The woman even boasted about it before the show was recorded.
A MEMBER of BBC1’s Question Time audience who branded UKIP’s panellist on the show “disgusting”, has been outed as a Labour party employee.
Amy Rutland was applauded on the programme for tearing into UKIP’s Eastleigh candidate Diane James — accusing her party of preying on vulnerable people by “scaremongering” about immigration.
But it has emerged she works as Labour’s regional policy co-ordinator and campaigned in the Eastleigh by-election, where UKIP finished second to the Lib Dems.
On the other side of the equation I though Melanie Phillips had it right... I did find myself agreeing with her. In the sense that we shouldn't be vilifying people and calling them 'disgusting' for having a legitimate concern or opinion about an important political subject.
I saw that incident in the BBC's Question Time, and I was immediately suspicious of that virulent anti-UKIP woman. She bore all the hallmarks of a pre-programmed political rebel-rouser of the type that were common within union ranks back in the 60s and 70s – very loud, very unpleasant, and very appealing to the most base of human instincts.
It would appear that the LibLabCon political elite must be getting extremely rattled at the rising popularity of UKIP. Bearing in mind the actual by-election results at Eastleigh, and that Eastleigh was always a no-hope for Labour: the fact the 'attack' came from a Labour activist, and not from either of the other two 'parties' who were at much greater threat from UKIP in Eastleigh, suggests to me that the LibLabCon Party are closely working as one party.
I think the UKIP juggernaut is gathering pace as the establishment of the other three are so old hat. New thinking is a must the 18th 19th and 20th centuries of Dogma, outdated ideas, that may have held good then, dont stand scrutiny now, times have moved on, surprise, surprise, the workhouse, and strike at the drop of a hat, has moved on, as is the them, and us, we dont need to import scroungers from abroad to support the something for nothing mentality, England first is the message they seem to have missed in the big house.
