Do they have specialised Taxi academies in Somalia?

Seems most developed countries in the World are importing all their taxi drivers from there?

I wouldn't say they are often poor drivers, but when I found out it would cost me £300+ to take my family to Alton Towers, we took the bus to Southall and a Somali cab back home. The kids were more scared and screamed louder than they would of at a theme park and I saved £275. Job done :roll:
