It seems the Australian legal system is as mad as the UK's (or US's) as a woman on a business trip, meets a chap in her motel and is later injured whilst having sex with him. Of course she claims against her employer (as you would), as if wasn't for her job she wouldn't have received this nookie based injury.

She also claimed that it was "lawful sexual activity" and that there had "not been any rule that employees should not have anyone else in their room without express permission of their department".

Can't for the life of me see how the employer was in any way liable. The motel maybe, but not her employer. That's just weird.
