well kinda of I've been in training for the palace to palace bike ride for the Prince's Trust.

Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle on the 14th October

And I'm a glutton for punishment as I've signed up for the West Midlands bike ride round Warwick next May 19th 2013

Yes did the ride in October 7am start on a dark Sunday morning it was fun though once we got going and warmed up
