Clearly John Prescott doesn't have a clue on how cookies work!!
For the record they interrogate previous browsing habits and then store
cookies in the settings of your browser so specific and targeted adverts can be directed at you in the hope you are more likely to purchase something you are actually after...
Some people clearly cannot grasp this....
