There goes the Heritage.

Given that there is only one Vulcan still airworthy and that it was saved by donations to a Trust, I understand that it would now be impossible to restore a Concorde to airworthy condition at any time.
:(

Our lot have just broken up 24 F-111s, 7 will be retained but the conditions put on their ownership are too restrictive to make it worthwhile.
:(

We also just gave 4 C-130 Hercs. to Indonesia!
:(

They said at the last Airshow that it was the last time the Vulcan would fly, but it appeared this year!

I was fortunate enough to go through the prototype at Yeovilton in '92 and saw a few take-offs from Heathrow.
So, that's something to tell the grandkids.
:D

At the museum I do guided tours of our Lanc., a Mk.22 Spit. and a C47 Dakota.
Life is good.
