Hey guys,

I saw this pic in the gallery photos/showphoto.php?photo=1040&title=fairey-corner-hayes-2004&cat=504 and wondered if that was from a set or if that was the only one? It's rare to see overhead photos from West London so it would be good if there was a set that went with this.
I assume it must have been taken from a helicopter. Any idea who was lucky enough to take it? :)

Quite true. It would have been nice if Fairey Aviation had continued their work, or even if Westland had stayed there.

Yep, sad how things have changed.
Would have been nice if Heston airfield remained aswell.

My Grandad and My Dad both worked at Fairey, and I worked at Safeway on the same site.

My friend worked at Safeway before it was Safeway

Chris, do you know the name of the previous company?

The original name was Allied Suppliers, changed to Argyll Stores and then changed to
Safeway, I started there in 1976 until 2006

Argyll was the name I couldn't remember. My friend Jackie was in accounts there and then it changed to Safeway and then she got married and we lost touch
