Thank you all for your messages, they are much appreciated.

I will be taking my weather station with me when I move, so can no doubt bore you all with updates and predictions for some time yet 8-)

I sympathise with anyone who has to deal with the London Borough of Hillingdon. My legitimate claim for Housing Benefit has been lost in their system for over a year. In that time I have provided pages and pages of documentary evidence, but apparently due to lack of staff they can't process it.

Hastings Borough Council have in the meantime managed to process my claim and agree it in just 15 days.

Enjoy the fresh air Moley,just like i did today,a tad nippy but nice and sunny,just the sort of day for a walk along the beach....which is what we did

Indeed it is Kremmen. I'll be living in St-Leonards-on-Sea. Rye and Camber Sands are just a short drive away. I can't wait !

We'll be in Rye for the day at the end of March. We'll no doubt pop into the cafe and see Roux the dog who has his own internet presence. Can't remember the cafe name off hand.
