Lord Janner Will Likely Not Be Arrested

Janner's name has been mentioned many times in connection with child abuse allegations yet the Police say that he is not fit to be interviewed or possibly arrested! What a sham! Yet again the establishment closes ranks to protect one of their own. Surely no-one is above the law, wasn't that what Magna Carta was all about?

Just because he doesn't wear his age as well as Rolf Harris (also an octogenarian) is no good reason not to prosecute. Ninety year olds have seen court for participating in the holocaust.

I've no doubt this illness is of the Al Megrahi variety.

Totally agree geezer. Can you imagine what Janner, (a Jew), would say if a 94yr old SS Concentration Camp guard was excused interrogation or prosecution on the same grounds!!

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/ ... -many.html

Quote:
A former social services official has said his warnings about the threat of a Westminster-based paedophile network were ignored because “there were too many of them over there".

David Tombs, who ran Hereford and Worcester social services, said he warned the government after the arrest of paedophile Peter Righton in 1992.

So ageing 70'/80s celebrities are hung out to dry using the CPS's pretty lame prosecution strategy of "there's no smoke without fire", and yet they ignore the towering inferno that is Westminster...!

This country is so very, very sick...

Why Butler-Sloss is the wrong judge to lead this enquiry...

Broadcasting House R4 9.00am this morning. Now available on iplayer, listen from 10 minutes.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0495llv

Played an archive recording of Geoffrey Dickens in which he called for the resignation of the Attorney General Sir Michael Havers because of the cover up of abuse.

Quote:
[Geoffrey Dickens on the PM programme in 1981]

"I am very astounded and very disappointed. I think it it is an absolute whitewash and I think we could describe it as the cover-up of the century - I would have thought the Attorney General has let down every parent and grandparent and indeed the children of this country"

"I am sure I shall get the whip again from my colleagues, but I have called for the resignation of the Attorney General"

Butler-Sloss of course is the sister of the attorney general Havers who Dickens is calling for the resignation of over the 'Cover Up of the Century'.

Incidentally, one of the guests on Broadcasting House said that Downing St probably either didn't know or didn't remember that Sloss was Michael Havers' sister - and sadly, I can believe that level of ineptitude.

An establishment figure who works in the interests of the establishment eventually arriving at a result which will be to the benefit of the establishment.

Maybe not, .. (I hope not) because the issue is so much in the spotlight now and it is being pointed out that caution has to be used that the same 'mistake' does not happen again. Finding someone else is going to take a time now as the inquiry is going to cover many different issues.

To find someone knowledgeable enough in all the issues may be almost impossible. Perhaps a few people experienced in their own individual subject could be appointed to work together for eventual conclusions. Perhaps the representatives at Liberty and Justice, for instance, could come up with ideas on who could be appointed and someone (or a few people) having no links with the establishment. Just a thought. :|

We don't need an inquiry, we need an in-depth criminal investigation to be carried out by courageous, fearless, good, honest, outstanding police officers, who will follow the evidence to whomever and wherever it leads. We certainly don't need any inquiry that has been commissioned by David Cameron, or anybody else within the Establishment. The Establishment already has far too many questions to answer, and they have proven themselves to be untrustworthy on too many issues already.

Here is another story that is causing grave concern:
http://www.ukcolumn.org/article/melanie ... ugh-prison It seems that whenever another report of paedophilia or child abuse appears that the police provide every reason to be untrustworthy.

I used the IXQUICK search engine to find the above link, by entering "Melanie Shaw" + "Beechwood witness" into the search box. However, Google, Bing, Yahoo, Ask, etc. all returned “NO RESULTS”. So, the search engine are also looking suspect now.

Remember Kincora?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-28300654

Quote:
Mr Goldsmith told the BBC's World at One programme that the Kincora inquiry's terms of reference "were rewritten just before it began with a view to excluding investigations into visitors to the care home so it would only focus on social workers or the staff".

Quote:
"It would look at who set the term of reference, it would look at who was excluded, who was protected by the terms of reference, and that would lead to Havers himself who was responsible for that."

Quote:
"Allegations have persisted that paedophilia at Kincora was linked to British intelligence services, with claims that visitors to the home included members of the military, politicians and civil servants, and that police investigations into abuse at Kincora were blocked by the Ministry of Defence and MI5," said its Northern Ireland director Patrick Corrigan.

So the chief legal officer of the Government changes a set of rules to fit a narrative conducive to the 'expected outcome'.

Why would it be any different this time? These people by and large haven't gone away you know.

A few little fish will be thrown to the Wolves but the big players will escape as they always have.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/ma ... up-3848836

The Mirror is now linking Thatcher into the coverup. Did she know about it? If she was in any way efficient and it would appear that she was then we have to accept she did know. Remember the Whips Office knew everything, it was their job too. They reported to the chief whip who reported to the PM to 'rally the troops' thru the correct lobbies by fair argument or foul.

When the corruption spreads to the very top little can or will be done to sort it. I have said a few times before in these respects the UK is not far removed from the Banana Republic.

I've never heard of IXQUICK

Maybe we should post some permanent links to alternative search engines?
