HMO need to be approved by planning department,
This is the problem, how many are approved, from the number in this area not many & the very few which are found not approved just say I not understand & then apply, you try doing that if you get caught driving with no tax or insurance.

Take a look at google maps and search the gardens for 'gyms' being built. Hillingdon should have some of the most athletic and strong people in the country.....

I read the planning applications & fully agree, all the applications are for gyms everyone knows what they will be used & still planning is approved, presume more economical for the council to allow planning applications than having to provide hotel accommodation for those they are obliged to house.

Cannot wait to see if applications in the Hayes End area for gyms in back gardens will now not be approved, seeing as the council has now provided a Free Adult Open Air Gym. (Another topic maybe?)
