I need a roofer to do a small job. I phoned 2 on Monday, 2 Tuesday and 2 yesterday. All very polite and promised to call back later in the day to arrange a visit. To date not one of them has responded. This is a job that would take about 10 minutes at best and another visit taking about an hour at worst if the part needed replacing. They are just not interested in small jobs! |

Congratulations to Shakespear roofing who came out and cleared a tuft of moss from my ridge terminal that was partially blocking the flue head. Seems it was dislodged from the roof and blew in last Friday afternoon in that 'wind' we had. |
