Hi everyone,

We're looking to get some feedback from board members regarding our advert and offers for PurpleGo, as of yet the competition for the €100 cash for the first hotel booking is still on offer, although we seem to of had quite a few views of the ad no one has yet claimed this prize. So what we are now kindly asking for is feedback from yourselves, good and bad, as to your thoughts of the €100 cash offer and of the further discounts available on Travel insurance and car hire etc.
So if you can spare a moment, please do send us your feedback as this will improve the quality of the service that we can offer you and help us in making improvements.

I was looking for BA lounge at Term5 but it says not available.

Hi Rick Kid,

Unfortunately the BA lounge is operated directly by British Airways who limit access to their lounges for passengers travelling in any Premium Class of service or have Executive Club membership or premium membership to any OneWorld frequent flyer program, and as it is only BA who operate out of Terminal 5 there are no other lounge companies allowed to operate within terminal 5. Apologies for this but you have pretty much picked the only terminal in the world where we can not offer this service, but please do bear us in mind next time you are looking for any other travel extra.
