The dog had whoopsied on the doormat yet again but luckily Peter would be able to clean it up and Jill would be none the wiser, but that wasn't the only trauma on the doormat.

If Jill saw them she would know that far from working at an investment bank in the city, he was in fact Assistant Manager at Lidls in a neighbouring town!

Peter's first thoughts were to destroy the pictures but even if he did whoever sent them probably had copies, 'who's behind this' he thought to himself.

It was clearly one of those days - the electric kettle element then failed and caused the electricity supply to trip out.
