| Post subject: | BBC does very well here: The Hebrides |
Sadly, there is much to criticise the BBC for these days. Now the BBC has shown what it is really capable of doing when it concentrates on a subject and leaves the political correctness behind. The BBC has made a 4 part series of programs on The Hebrides that contain some amazing photography. The programs are broadcast in Scotland, and are available in England on iplayer from the BBC. Here is the first of the four programs that was broadcast in Scotland on Monday this week. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p0 ... Episode_1/ THe film contains some stunning photography. And it is unusual today for a wild-life program not to contain any mention of global warming or evolution. Of coarse, I don't yet know whether parts 2,3, or 4 will spoil things. |
