I note that from November 1st there is going to be an interim pensioners bus pass, for Londoners only. This pass is to bridge the gap between 60 and the new sliding scale of when you qualify for the national Freedom Pass. In my case I don't qualify for the Freedom Pass until I'm 62½ so this will be useful

Theres also the disabled persons people pass for mental health patients of adult age ( I love mine). It may also be available for those with learning disabilities and autism wioth carer of they don't qualify for Dial a ride or minicabs (TfL registered). |
