It will provide some employment and temper a little the dominance of Tesco in the area.
Pricewise it is better for all the big players to have stores close together as it makes for a better price competitive environment.
Morrisons sales are down, Tesco's are down, Sainsburies are gaining a bit, Aldi sales are through the roof. Asda being Wallmart I don't know. Maybe they don't declare a profit in the UK to escape tax?
