What do the words “BBC is a public corporation of the Department for Culture, Media & Sport”, mean? The word “of” suggests that the BBC is a part “of”, or belonging to HMG's Department for Culture, Media, & Sport; or has the meaning of language changed?
If the BBC is a corporation “of” (belonging to, part of) the DCMS, are we to understand that around 70 MPs are challenging the Government's broadcasting arm for expressing Government's “bias” against Brexit?

Something does have to be done about negative reporting by our national media company - we are where we are with Brexit and we all have to work together. We are in unknown territory, the future is ours to make and tackle any hurdles along the way. Giving a negative outlook to the people of this country is counter productive and we should stop giving air time to the likes of so called experts, especially Blair, he is nothing but a egoistical pain in the backside

I've seen loads of BBC biased reporting of late. Wonder why they don't get the message.
