Blue Lagoon??

Indeed what pub did this used to be? Was it once known as The Grange/Queens Arms.Head? On the corner of Barra Hall Park.
As the Grange that used to be quite respectable back in the 80's and had a decent restaurant.

I suspect it was another shisha type establishment like the one on yeading lane linked from the articles.

Sad fact is this will assist no one other than developers and land owners. Large pubs like The Grange are worth far far more for the land they sit on rather than as pubs.
Develop the land build a few shoeboxe houses and they get to import ever more people into a given area.

The council are not going to block it as look at all those nice council taxes they can collect.

Place doesn't have the demographics for a decent pub, head for Chiswick or Ealing instead, The Old Packhorse is a good boozer.
