http://www.plymouthherald.co.uk/Permane ... story.html Quote: The first rainbow zebra crossing in Europe is to be installed in a Devon town after a successful trial project.
The crossing is to be installed permanently in Totnes after a trial period when it was used to mark Pride celebrations last year. The crossing, which was located outside St Mary and St George Roman Catholic Church in Fore Street, was removed after the Pride event, but gay rights project Proud2Be has been fighting to create a permanent version. Councillors have now given their backing and several different locations in the South Hams town are being looked at. |

Attachment: We are now in a place where we have to bend over to accommodate rather than just accept... Next up the primary schools will be having gay awareness lessons to make sure they correctly identify their sexuality.. |

That crossing is prejudices, there's no White! But, on a serious note. Is there not a safety issue here? It's supposed to be black and white. white being luminous, so it can be seen in the dark. I'm not against pride, live and let live. But changing road signs to satisfy a group, is going a little over the top. What's going to be next? Take your shoes off, to walk past a local place of worship. |

I hate to point this out but, like unicorns and vampires etc., rainbow zebras don't exist! Perhaps its something to do with resistor colour coding. |

There is no tolerance with this whole agenda; only those who offer any opposition to it are 'required', by force of law, to be tolerant of the intolerable. But like any colour coded resister that is subjected to exceedingly great power, it will become over-heated and, “the elements will be destroyed by fire, … and everything will be laid bare.”

"Tolerance" is turning into the big stick to beat anyone with beliefs and principles. |

Looking at that picture it's not obvious that it is a crossing, the coloured bars are fading behind rubber and there will likely be an accident. |
