I actually think Pickles means what he says, however, he doesn't realise he's wasting his time. Every good idea he has is illegal because Europe or the UN says it's illegal. He's in the government to do for Cameron what Prescott did for Blair: keep the party loyalists happy.

Pickles knows full well that the EU supported UN's Agenda 21 is behind all the issues he publicly complains about. Whether it be waste bins cluttering the streets or car parking and traffic controls; the UN's Agenda 21 is the real problem. And there is no way that any UK LibLabCon government is going to break ranks with the Agenda 21 – and Pickles knows it.

Pickles is a plant – a distraction. He provides a soft cuddly face for the hard-hearted and callous LibCon treacherous outfit. While we are listening to Pickles we are given a false hope of improvement and fail to see the real train crash coming down the track at high speed.
