Does anybody know what happened at Cowley Rec yesterday afternoon? My neighbour was there and had to walk home because he wasn't allowed to move his car because it was in a "crime scene" It was there for four hours.

My son sent me a text saying he had heard there had been a knife incident there. I'm curious now. My neighbour told me that he didn't see any ambulances so doesn't think anybody was hurt.
