As there is a new pope being selected what are the important issues for him to address as pontiff. He is a pastoral man according to the BBC Coverage. So how will he address issuies such as poverty and international aid that is needed. IT is no disrespect to say that now the falklanders have given there referendum result as to sovereignty, cooperation is needed on oil extraction (technology permissible to prevent a repeat of recent Gulf of Mexico incidents) to help fund training and welfare programmes in Argentina rather than another Falklands war. |
