The statement that 'With officers from across the South Yorkshire force drafted in to help' would be laughable if it wasn't so serious. That Police force ( I thought they were supposed be called a Police service these days ) have shown themselves to be at best, incompetent, at worst corrupt for a good many years now.

How are they still allowed to continue ?

On a similar note I'm concerned that this Pimlico scandal from the 70's and 80's involving prominent people is going to be brushed under the carpet by Theresa May.

I gather a few people have been earmarked to lead it but have quickly withdrawn. It's looking like threats are being delivered.
