I would imagine the planes are much lower over Old Windsor when they're coming into land rather than taking off in that direction. Odd that just the one house was affected, and that it didn't leave a trail of damage.

I would guess that it takes a very particular conjunction of the usual vortex and the wind blowing a certain way at a certain strength to focus down at roof level, and it must have come together for a moment and focused on that one house.
